· Understand customers' demand, get calls and answer customers related to products' usage, price, points of sales, promotion, point of gift exchange, complaint cases, and others.... by phone
· Check customer's satisfaction
. Manage customers database
· Weekly inviting customers to join Customer gathering (CG)
· Weekly hosting customer gathering
· Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
· Handle Complaint case from consumers, retailers and distributors.
· Do reports on complaints cases.
· Key in customers database from other sources
· Update & send E-birthday card to loyal customers
· Monitor Rohto website, fan page & update news relating to products, promotion campaign, Company's activities, web banners, Print Ads, TVCs, hot news, product shots...
· Manage content, activities on YouTube channel & and Zalo page.
· Compose E-magazine contents and make layout
Female, welcome fresh graduate from University or under 1 year experience
Have passion in service industry;
Customer-oriented, hardworking, trustworthy, eager to learn, and teamwork spirit;
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations,
Can working independently, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Be willing to work overtime occasionally if requested
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese communication
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social network
Photoshop, AI, canva skill is an advantage
Salary: 9.2 mil ~ 9.5 mil Net
