What you’ll do
1. New Product Research & Development
- Research market trends & competitors on global e-commerce platforms to propose new POD (print-on-demand) product ideas
- Work with suppliers to gather product information and validate concepts
- Collaborate with Designers to develop product mockups
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new product opportunities
2. Product Positioning & Content
- Position products for the right target audience based on campaign timelines
- Write and optimize product descriptions for international marketplaces
- Coordinate with Designers and Video Creators to deliver product visuals & videos (TikTok, YouTube, Reels, etc.)
3. Product Marketing Support
- Support the Marketing team in optimizing ad content across digital platforms
- Track performance and suggest improvements to boost results
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- At least 1 year of experience in POD product research & development
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and US–UK pop culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Business, Business English, or related fields
- English proficiency: TOEIC 700+ or IELTS 6.0+ (strong reading & writing)
- Solid skills in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- User-centric mindset with good product and marketing judgment

- Good aesthetic sense and strong visual judgment
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
- Responsible, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.), design or video editing tools

What we offer
1. Compensation
- Salary range: 11,000,000 – 17,000,000 VND/month, plus performance-based bonuses according to company policy.
- Performance evaluation and salary review 1–2 times per year.
- 13th-month salary.
