Job description for Network Engineer - APAC at CÔNG TY TNHH PERSOLKELLY VIỆT NAM
Scope of work
- Operate and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, Internet, VPN, firewall, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Monitor network availability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices and services.
- Perform network configurations, changes, upgrades, and migrations.
- Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
- Work with IT teams, ISPs, and vendors to resolve issues and support network projects.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support.
- The scope may be adjusted based on business needs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
Other requirements:
- Good working proficiency in English.
- CCNA/CCNP-level networking knowledge or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with BGP, FortiGate, enterprise Wi-Fi, routing, and switching.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.
