Motion Graphic Designer (at Havas Group Vietnam agency)

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

The role will focus primarily on motion graphics and video content, while also supporting graphic design tasks across social, digital, and campaign projects. You will contribute to creative pitches, video production, and visual executions from concept through final delivery.

This position reports directly to the Art Director.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and edit videos for communication content.
• Contribute to creative ideas, storyboards, and video concepts for pitches.
• Participate in and follow video production, filming, and post-production processes.
• Support resizing, adaptation, and social content design when required.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in motion, video, and advertising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• 1–3 years of experience in Motion Graphic Design or Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual thinking with a good sense of motion, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to apply AI tools effectively in image and video workflows.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience working at an advertising agency or production house.
• Understanding of TVC and short-form video production processes.
• Working proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
