Job description for Motion Designer at Công ty TNHH Xóm Media

• Sản xuất video motion graphic & video ads cho các chiến dịch marketing.

• Thiết kế video Key Visual cho chiến dịch truyền thông (digital & offline) theo brief và brand guideline của khách hàng.

• Chuyển đổi key visual thành video motion.

• Triển khai thiết kế video truyền thông: social post, banner, POSM, digital ads… dựa trên KV đã duyệt.

• Cắt dựng, chỉnh sửa video nội dung (TikTok, Facebook, Youtube) theo yêu cầu của chiến dịch, theo sát ý tưởng sáng tạo và đảm bảo chất lượng và phù hợp với xu hướng nền tảng.

• Phối hợp với Account, Content Creative, và Planning để đảm bảo sản phẩm thiết kế đúng thông điệp và tính thẩm mỹ.

• Đảm bảo bố cục, màu sắc, typography hài hòa, bắt trend nhưng vẫn tuân thủ guideline.

• Quản lý thời gian làm việc hiệu quả, đảm bảo tiến độ.

• Đề xuất ý tưởng, cải tiến quy trình hoặc nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm thiết kế và video
