Monitoring Representative
We are currently seeking a full time Monitoring Representative to view systems, create accounts and make sure the systems are working properly.
Responsibilities for a Monitoring Representative include:
Enter new jobs in the system daily
Call customers to let them know we got permission to operate and explain how to turn the system on and send out the monitoring link
Respond to emails in monitoring
Answer phone calls
Follow up on open order and make sure all are completed daily
Other duties as assigned
Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Extremely organized with great multitasking skills
Energetic
Professional phone etiquette
Work well under pressure
Excel, word and other computer basic programs
Alarm/Solar experience is a plus
Bilingual A PLUS
