Job description for Mixologist at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Bali

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Wine Sommelier
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wine, whisky, and food pairing.
Experience creating signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.
Excellent understanding of mixology techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
Knowledge of bar inventory management, beverage costing, and stock control.
