Our fast-growing business is hiring a full-time Business Analyst for an IT project, which is serving Australian and global customers. Ideal candidates should have experience in web and mobile application analysis. You can expect to work with a talent senior developer team. REQUIREMENTS
• From 4+ years as a Business Analyst
• Fluent in English to communicate with global stakeholders
• Willing to support client in AUS time zone (7.00 AM – 4.00 PM VN time)
• Strong knowledge of IT systems
• Experience working with SQL
• Well rounded analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interact with a range of stakeholders and maintain good relationships
• Ability to multitask
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate electronic and manual records.
• Documenting business requirements.
• Good analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English to liaise with stakeholders
• Strong initiative, accountability and leadership qualities
RESPONSIBILITIES
NonCore App BA:
• Work closely with the business owner to deliver the projects and features
• Initiate and support Agile development of scrum multi-function teams
• Gathering and analyze the requirements from business owner
• Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
• Work closely with User Experience specialists, designers, developers, and testers to provide clarification when required
• Organize a weekly meeting for Non-Core Supply Chain and OPS project
• Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Make sure ServiceNow is up to date
NonCore App Maintenance & Support:
• Handle SNOW tickets
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Talk to team members or clients/stakeholders through a series of actions, either MS Team, Email, or over the screen share, to help resolve issues
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with other teams and end-user, such as software developers
• Resolve Source Code Issue
• Optimise Application Code
• Release new functions/changes
• Ensures prolonged life of a system
• Improve reliability of the application
