Job description for Mid-level Copywriter at Chin Media
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Middle Copywriter who can turn strategic thinking into strong creative ideas, sharp campaign concepts, and engaging content across IMC and Digital IMC campaigns. This role requires both creativity and strategic mindset, with the ability to write, present, and guide creative outputs in both Vietnamese and English.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaborate with Planners, Account, Art and Senior Copywriters to develop IMC / Digital IMC proposals.
- Support the development of Creative Concepts, Key Messages and content directions based on campaign objectives, insights and strategy, under the guidance of Senior team members.
- Write and refine content across multiple communication touchpoints, including Social Media (Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc.), Digital, Video Scripts, Activations, Websites, Landing Pages and other platforms.
- Ensure content quality and consistency with brand tone of voice, communication objectives and audience insights.
- Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and support client presentations when required.
- Stay updated on trends, user behaviors and digital culture to contribute relevant and creative ideas.
- Review and provide guidance to Junior Copywriters when assigned.
- Manage individual workloads, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver quality work within deadlines in an Agency environment.
REQUIREMENT
- 2–3 years of experience as a Copywriter, preferably with Agency experience.
- Ability to develop ideas from strategy, consumer insights and communication objectives, with support from Senior team members.
- Strong writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good understanding of Social Media, Digital Marketing, content trends and user behavior.
- Proactive in following trends, with strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Basic presentation skills and strong teamwork abilities.
- Good task management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working at a Creative / Digital Agency is a strong advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing previous projects or campaigns is required.
