Job description for Meta Ads & Growth Specialist at Công ty TNHH Insights
You'll be the person running Meta Ads campaigns day to day from the initial testing phase (finding winning audiences and creative) through to scaling budget according to the company's growth plan. You'll work closely with the Manager early on, with more autonomy as you prove yourself through real campaign results.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, diagnose issues, and adjust budgets based on campaign performance.
- Research customers, competitors, products, and trends to develop creative strategies, briefs, and structured A/B tests.
- Set up and maintain tracking & reporting across Meta Ads and Shopify, including Pixel, CAPI, UTM, and performance reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Copywriting and other teams, bringing data-driven insights to creative development and campaign strategy
Requirements
This is a hands-on Meta Ads role, not an entry-level or general digital marketing position. Candidates should be able to demonstrate real experience managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, with proven results and concrete numbers (budgets managed, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Able to read performance data and diagnose problems and propose a suitable fix
- English proficient enough to read documentation, research US competitors, and write basic briefs (full ad copywriting not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with DTC, eCommerce, or POD products targeting the US/EU market
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Experience working with UGC/KOL/KOC creators
- Experience with products involving personalization or made-to-order production
