About the Role

PT Youngsoo Pratama is looking for a Merchandiser to support product planning, assortment strategy, and sales performance across XEXYMIX (Global Activewear Brand) and SPOTEC (Sports Footwear Brand). This role plays a key part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, aligned with market trends and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product assortment based on sales trends and market demand

• Monitor product performance and identify best sellers, slow movers, and opportunities

• Support buying planning, stock allocation, and replenishment strategy

• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and retail/e-commerce teams

• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports (sales, stock, sell-through, etc.)

• Support product launch planning, pricing strategy, and promotional activities

• Analyze competitor products, trends, and market insights

• Ensure product availability and optimize stock levels across channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail planning (fashion/sports preferred)

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and inventory data

• Proficient in Excel (lookup, pivot) and reporting tools

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple categories/SKUs

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Passion for fashion, sports, or lifestyle industry
