Job Description

Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new Fitness First members
- Actively engage with new and existing members to obtain potential membership referrals
- Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs. Demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness First can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals
- Providing support at Front of House to ensure our members receive the unparalleled Fitness First experience
- Work as a team to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and KPIs
