- Secretary tasks
- Book air ticket & arrange hotel for Head Coach & Managing Director & transportation timely as request.
- Arrange the visa application for some countries as Head Coach & Managing Director request.
- Claim travelling expense & follow-up the advance account.
- Prepare the travelling schedule before business trip.
- Other tasks as Head Coach & Managing Director request.
- Manage Lease Housing contract, Work Permit/ Residence Cards for Expats.
- Get Visa for Expats/ Heads for business trip (if any).
- Get Vietnam Visa for Guest/ Mega global managers coming to Vietnam.
- Book hotel for Guests/ Mega global Experts travelling to Vietnam
- Support to organize company events & activities.
- Implement other administrative tasks by HR Manager request
