We are a pioneer agency company developing Martech products that deliver AI-powered solutions, enabling brands to grow through data-driven insights and creativity. Our product ecosystem spans content personalization, social data insights, and AI assistants for creative and strategy teams.
We are looking for a QC Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our Martech platforms through both manual and automation testing. You will work closely with Product, Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
Working Office: 138-142 Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
__Responsibilities__
- Write test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements.
- Perform manual testing, including functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts (Playwright / Cypress).
- Test APIs using tools such as Postman / Newman.
- Report bugs clearly and track issues until resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and support bug fixing.
- Ensure product quality across releases following sprint cycles.
__Requirements__
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in QA/QC within Agile environments.
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, TestRail.
- Strong experience in writing test plans and test cases.
- Experience with automation testing tools (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
- Experience in API testing using Postman.
- Understanding of CI/CD and test integration pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
Nice-to-have:
• Prior experience in SaaS, Martech, or data-driven platforms.
• Product-oriented mindset; comfort working in startup or fast-paced environments.
