Job description for Marketplace Operator - Work from Office at Sabda Creative

We're Sabda Creative, a social media agency based in Tangerang. We are looking for a Marketplace Operator who will focus on managing and optimizing Shopee stores for our clients. This role will work closely with Project Managers, Meta Ads Specialists, Designers, and Copywriters to create high–performing marketplace storefronts, product listings, and advertising campaigns

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage and optimize Shopee stores, including storefront layout, product listings, product variations, and categorization.
- Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and marketplace trend monitoring to improve product ranking.
- Plan and execute Shopee Ads campaigns (Search, Discovery, Display) to maximize traffic and conversions.
- Analyze store performance (traffic, CTR, conversion rate, sales funnel) and provide actionable insights.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns: Flash Sale, Voucher, Bundles, Shopee Campaigns, Live Shopping.
- Coordinate with Designers to ensure product images, banners, and storefront assets meet Shopee standards.
- Work with Copywriters to refine product descriptions, titles, and key selling points.
- Collaborate with Meta Ads Specialists to create cross-channel funnel strategies when needed.
- Ensure timely upload of products, pricing updates, stock monitoring, and chat management SOPs (if required).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client presentations.
- Maintain an organized project workflow with the Project Manager to ensure smooth operation.
II. Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in handling Shopee stores (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Shopee Seller Center, Shopee Ads, and Shopee Analytics.
- Able to create strategies for increasing product visibility and sales.
- Familiar with marketplace promotional tools (Voucher, Campaign, Flash Sale, Bundling, etc.)
- Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple brands at once.
- Bonus: Experience in Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or other marketplaces.
