Job description for Marketing Supervisor at UnionSPACE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify new market opportunities for coworking spaces, serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
2. Lead Generation & Revenue Support
Design and execute lead generation campaigns to support sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.
3. Digital Marketing Management
Oversee the company's digital marketing activities, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising.
Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor website performance, SEO, and online visibility.
Analyze marketing data and prepare actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Brand Management
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Develop marketing collateral, company profiles, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Coordinate content creation and marketing communications.
5. Partnership & Community Engagement
Establish and maintain relationships with business communities, startups, SMEs, corporations, and educational institutions.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and business opportunities.
Support the planning and execution of events, networking activities, and community engagement programs.
6. Team Supervision
Supervise and guide marketing team members and external vendors.
Monitor team performance and ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations as required.
7. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, lead generation results, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Present marketing insights and recommendations to management.
