Job description for Marketing Partnership Officer at Jack
- Proactively identify and build relationships with potential companies, B2B communities, and organizations that align with the company's objectives and target market.
- Actively approach prospective partners through various channels such as email, phone calls, networking events, and industry conferences. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to establish rapport and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and identify potential partnership opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of each partnership opportunity.
- Lead negotiations with prospective partners, including terms and conditions, collaboration frameworks, and mutual benefits. Ensure alignment between partner expectations and the company's goals and resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs that leverage the strengths and resources of both parties. Coordinate the execution and implementation of partnership activities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, including key metrics and objectives. Provide regular reports and updates on partnership activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaboration. Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging partnership opportunities. Share relevant insights with internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven 1-year experience in B2B partnership development, preferably in a marketing or business development role.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess partnership opportunities.
- Must possess a strong willingness to actively participate in events, confidently engage with diverse individuals, and effectively cultivate collaborative relationships that can lead to valuable marketing partnerships and opportunities.
- Ability to identify and track relevant qualified leads from partnership initiatives
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
