Job description for Marketing Officer at TMP Consulting
- Collaborate with manager on planning and implementing overall company’s marketing strategies (include preparing budgets and monitoring expenses)
- Plan and create content/marketing campaigns on digital platforms (social media, website)
- Build relationships and negotiate with third-party partnership for community development
- Organize marketing events to increase brand awareness
- Monitor and evaluate all marketing activities using various metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Brand management/Marketing/Communication or related field
- Min. GPA 3.0/4.0 from a reputable university
- Have min. 1-year experience in marketing (content creation, partnership, and establishing programs/campaigns)
- Have good understanding of sales and marketing (digital & conventional), market trends, and business knowledge
- Good copywriting skill (SEO friendly)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Excellent in Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and creative thinker
