Job description for Marketing Manager at Someday
- Work cross-functionally to drive the strategic development, planning and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns, espcially new product launches and expansions.
- Lead projects that will create demand for our products, enhance brand awareness and drive consumer advocacy - all while upholding a smooth, integrated process - witha. focus on developing customer centric, sales-generating quickstrike media content/ad ideas.
- Drive marketing efforts across the organization while bringing creative ideas to execution and delivering concepts to consumers in support of our ambitious growth objectives.
- Assist in the creation of a long-term strategic marketing framework for the brand.
- Optmize processes to ensure on-strategy programs are executed on time and on budget.
- Juggle multiple critical, time-sensitive, and high-visibility projects within the Branding team.
- Constantly work to clarify, articulate and execute creative marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of integrated brand marketing experience
- A non-traditional thinker who is highly creative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced enviornment.
- Able to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams and functions, articulating their vision that will inspire co-workers.
- Passionate about the brand and committed to the spirit of the company's core values.
- Effective project management and communication skills. Have high standards for operational excellence (budgets, calendars, timelines, and efficiencies).
- Experience managing a team.
