About This Role
As Marketing Executive, you will support in the effective and relevant execution of marketing initiatives in line with Hat of Cain’s positioning and philosophy. In this role, you will raise awareness of Hat of Cain in respective markets, create customer acquisition through marketing initiatives through PR, Customer Marketing, Digital Marketing and Wholesale. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the Brand Manager in executing such projects, which will require you to connect and engage with relevant communities on the retail, PR and/or wholesale level.
· Carry out various channel initiatives and provide data-driven feedback on their performance.
· Conduct research on brand awareness and associations.
· Conduct working level engagements with business functions to identify new products and develop marketing campaigns.
· Design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance engagements with new products and promotions.
· Execute e-commerce implementation plans and analyse e-commerce platform performance to propose enhancements.
· Execute marketing channel enhancements and review them to support enhancement approaches.
· Execute marketing communication plans and content marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
· Work alongside with Brand Manager to maintain organisation's social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
· Manage communication of brand guidelines across internal stakeholders and monitor feedback.
· Manage working level relationships with vendors, stockists and external partners.
· Monitor development of collaterals across digital marketing platforms.
· Monitor objectives throughout marketing implementation.
· Review buyer, seller and customer data to plan target profiling.
· Review industry landscape, digital marketing technologies and competitor products to plan marketing strategies.
· Review performance of marketing campaigns based on campaign targets to identify areas of improvement.
· Support the use of technologies, electronic tools and devices.
Responsible to keep the store/counter information up to the date and ensure it is reflected on all required channels.
Monitor inventory control for stocks in-store, product loans, consignment and marketing collaterals.
Assist in replying general press and customer enquiries on all platforms.
