A. New Product Development | Product MKT Assistant 

- Làm việc với Research Agency để tìm kiếm insight, lên concept sản phẩm. 

- Hỗ trợ Marketing Manager làm việc với thiết kế bao bì 

- Hỗ trợ Marketing Manager làm consumer test với Research Agency 

- Triễn khai các dự án TVC với Agency/ Production House 

- Triễn khai các kế hoạch đã plan với các bên Agency và Media Booking để truyền thông thương hiệu. 

- Hỗ trợ Marketing Manager social content planning & Ads planning 

- Manage Digital Agency / Digital Performance Agency (FB Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, TiktokAds) 

- Phối hợp với Ecom team để triễn khai các MKT campaign push sale.

- Hỗ trợ Marketing Manager Promotion Planning 

- Hỗ trợ Marketing Manager lên các ideas POSM/ Display 

- Phối hợp với team MKT cuả đối tác để lên các đề xuất các chương trình để push sale out. 

- Hỗ trợ team MKT lên các đề xuất về các chương trình quà tặng ở các kênh

E. Hỗ trợ các hoạt động MKT khác theo yêu cầu của Marketing Manager

F. Đại diện Brand xuất hiện trước truyền thông, công chúng, thông cáo báo chi

At least 6 months - 1 year experience, preferably used to worked as Planner/ Account position at Agency, have knowledge about FMCG (Mom&Baby)

Have strong knowlegde about Marketing Branding

Leadership skills, Good analytical & Problem-solving skills

Good communication at VIetnamese and English as well

Open-minded, result-oriented, hard-working and resilient
