Job description for Marketing & Community Executive at Abso Health
Abso makes dissolvable oral-strip supplements you feel in 5 minutes. No pills, no powders: you place a strip on your tongue, it dissolves, and it works. That is the whole idea: smarter supplements, faster results. Science you can feel. Our hero is Sleep, our best-selling strip for better nights, with Energy and Glow-Up alongside it. Feel it in 5 is the promise, and people are responding: we launched on TikTok Shop in Singapore and the early traction has been strong, fast. Now we are scaling and building a real community of people who care about sleeping better, having more energy, and looking after themselves.
We are a team of serial entrepreneurs who have built and run several consumer brands. Abso is our newest one: we are scaling it in Singapore now, with the US next. You would be joining early, working directly with the founders, with real ownership from day one.
We are hiring our first dedicated content and community person to be the face and hands of the brand: make the content, run the creators, and build Abso’s presence on the ground.
What you’ll do
Own our Instagram and TikTok channels. Run them end to end: own the content calendar, shoot, edit and post, reply to comments and DMs, and grow the following. Organic plus the raw, real content we reuse in our ads. You are comfortable on camera and behind it.
Run our creator and influencer programme. Find the right creators, reach out, ship them samples, brief them well, and manage the content and campaigns they deliver.
Build our community on the ground. Represent Abso in person at gyms, spas, recovery studios and wellness venues across Singapore. Run sampling and seeding, build partnerships, and be the friendly human face people remember.
Listen and feed it back. Tell us what is landing, what customers and partners are saying, and what we should make next.
What you’ll bring
You already make content. You have a TikTok or Instagram you can show us. You get the culture and you know what makes someone stop scrolling.
You are confident on camera and in person. You will happily walk into a gym, talk to people, and represent the brand.
You use AI fluently. Claude, ChatGPT and similar tools are already part of how you work, draft, research and move faster. This matters to us: we move fast and we use AI everywhere.
You are organised. You can run creators and partners without dropping balls.
You are Singapore-based and you have a feel for the local wellness and fitness scene. A personal network or following is a big plus.
You are hungry. You want to own something and grow with a brand, not sit in a big-company seat.
Nice to have: Experience running influencer or affiliate campaigns, comfortable editing (CapCut / Premiere / equivalent), a personal creator following, a real interest in fitness, wellness or supplements.
