• Responsible to create and implement Marketing Strategy.
• Support in media planning, pricing, merchandising and promotional strategy.
• Support end-to-end media plan process from media agency briefing to approval requests.
• Collaborate on influencer strategy with in-house Influencer Team.
• Keep track of weekly market share and rankings at retailers.
• Update launch calendar and launch reports on a weekly basis.
• Participates in the development and activation of brand strategy and marketing programs
Help lead conceptual development of launch/marketing programs with internal and external teams (e.g. Creative, Packaging, Digital, Product Development, Merchandising, Public Relations, Agencies) and local markets via ongoing communication
• Provides regular recommendations on new approaches, strategies and new product initiatives as appropriate to senior marketers based on analysis output and/or market research
• Partners with cross functional groups to bring new programs to market on time and in line with business objectives; initiates and manages cross-functional meetings and manages key development tools as needed.
• Prepares all paperwork to initiate new projects and development of all support elements. (Includes but not limited to gate meetings, offerings, cost of goods, briefs to cross functional partners).
• Helps develop and manage annual tactical marketing plan, media plan and budget monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Assists in development of marketing objectives, media guidelines, creative strategies and advertising campaign.
• Stays abreast of market and consumer trends, global and local to provide strategic and creative recommendations
• Responsible in development of digital marketing and social media launch strategies. Helps team develop all sale materials and global presentations for markets and retailers, communication and creative.
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material). • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
• Monitor competition (Acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
• Make sure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
• But we do concern about your education, min. bachelor degree in business / marketing / communication or related field.
• Have experience of working in Beauty Industry
• Min. 5 years experience in marketing, running marketing team and proven marketing campaign experience.
• Understand the importance of brand building while ensuring marketing efforts drive sales. • Have knowledge of and part experience in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, marketing automation tools, social media platforms.
• Be self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
