Job description for Manual Tester Leader (Banking - 1 Month Contract) at CÔNG TY TNHH DIGI-TEXX
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, test data, and checklists.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Test banking functionalities such as:
- Customer onboarding / KYC
- Account opening and account management
- Deposits and withdrawals
- Fund transfers and payments
- Domestic/international transactions
- Loan and interest calculations
- Cards and ATM transactions
- Internet/mobile banking
- Transaction limits and fees
- Statements and reporting
- Validate transaction processing and ensure data consistency between front-end and back-end systems.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar.
- Perform defect retesting and regression testing.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other QA engineers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress, risks, and results.
- Support UAT, SIT, and production validation when required.
