Job description for Manual QA Engineer at DIBEE
About Dibee
Dibee is building a smarter way for businesses to manage fleets—bringing vehicles, drivers, operating costs, and everyday fleet activities into one connected platform. By turning fragmented operational data and workflows into clear, actionable insights, Dibee helps businesses improve control, efficiency, and decision-making at scale. We focus on creating practical, reliable technology that makes fleet operations simpler, more connected, and more effective.
We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer who is curious about how complex systems work, takes ownership of quality, and enjoys collaborating across Product, Development, and Support. In this role, you will help ensure that every feature is thoroughly tested, clearly understood, and ready to perform in real-world scenarios.
What You’ll Do
• Develop a deep understanding of Dibee’s fleet management platform, including its features, architecture, integrations, technologies, and real-world use cases.
• Design, create, and maintain clear, effective test cases for both new and existing features.
• Take end-to-end ownership of testing for assigned features, including installation, user interfaces, update flows, system behavior, and internal product capabilities.
• Set up and maintain the test environments required for reliable and repeatable testing.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to support stable product releases.
• Produce high-quality bug reports with clear reproduction steps, supporting logs, and impact analysis.
• Verify fixes and assess defects based on severity, priority, and customer or business impact.
• Provide realistic task estimates and communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers clearly.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Support teams to build quality into every stage of the product lifecycle.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a background in manual testing or a combination of manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and quality assurance processes.
• Proven experience owning feature testing from requirement analysis through regression testing and release validation.
• The ability to create test cases and test documentation that are clear, structured, and easy to maintain.
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking and test-management tools.
• Experience setting up and maintaining test environments.
• Confidence working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Intermediate written and spoken English.
• Experience with AI-enhanced testing workflows is a strong advantage.
Why You’ll Enjoy Working at Dibee
• 12 months of salary.
• 15 days of annual leave to rest and recharge.
• Two performance reviews each year, creating regular opportunities for feedback and development.
• Medical insurance coverage for your whole family.
