Job Description
* Translate documents, reports, emails, presentation materials, and business communications from Mandarin to Indonesian or vice versa.
* Act as an interpreter during meetings, business discussions, and coordination sessions between the Indonesian team and Mandarin-speaking parties.
* Support communication between management, internal teams, and external partners who use Mandarin.
* Assist in coordinating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, vendors, business partners, and external stakeholders.
* Willing to travel for business purposes both domestically and outside the city according to company needs.
* Accompany management or relevant teams during business trips, meetings, events, or operational activities requiring Mandarin language support.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Literature, Management, Business, or related fields, with active Mandarin communication skills (both spoken and written) and the ability to perform professional Mandarin–Indonesian translation.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between Indonesian teams and Mandarin-speaking parties in business and operational contexts.
* Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, Executive Assistant, or related roles is preferred.
* Understanding of business, trade, supply chain, marketing, or retail terminology is an advantage.
* Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin proficiency are welcome to apply.
