Job Responsibilities:
- Customs Operations: Handle the export customs clearance process efficiently based on client requirements;
- HS Code Classification: Accurately classify goods under the correct HS codes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations;
- Document Management: Prepare and review customs-related documents, including PEB, BL, invoices, and packing lists;
- Customs Liaison: Coordinate with customs officials to resolve issues and maintain positive working relationships;
- Progress Tracking: Monitor the status of customs clearance and provide timely updates to clients and the team;
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on the latest customs regulations and policies to ensure compliance;
- Team Collaboration: Support other departments in optimizing logistics processes and achieving company goals.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customs clearance, with hands-on expertise in HS code classification preferred;
- Must be able to speak Chinese and English.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesia's customs system (e.g., CEISA) and customs/tax regulations;
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to read and process English documents. Mandarin proficiency is a plus;
- Certification: Holding a PPJK license is an advantage but not mandatory;
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, especially in HS classification, with excellent problem-solving abilities;
- Work Ethics: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure;
- Team Spirit: Good communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
