Managing Director – UK or USA Market (Packaging Industry)
Role Description
As a Director for the UK/USA Market, you will lead our international expansion by building the market from the ground up, leveraging your network, and establishing a strong business presence. You will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on driver, contributing directly to revenue growth, team development, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead business expansion in the UK/USA market
2. Leverage your network to acquire and manage B2B clients
3. Build and lead local teams & organizational structure
4. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
5. Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in the packaging industry
- Strong existing network/customer base in UK/USA
- Proven background in business development, sales, or leadership roles
- Strong capability in: Business operations, Team & organizational leadership, and Financial and cost management
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
Training and Placement
- Mandatory 3-month training in China
- Placement in UK/USA after successful completion of training and achievement of initial target (10 customers)
