- Support finding strong candidate profiles using recruitment search tools
- Connect with candidates to help explain detailed job responsibilities
- Shortlist candidates meeting client criteria
- Work closely with Team leader to help complete the hiring process
-Schedule required interview and interactions with the candidates, clients and team leads
-Support and manage offer process
-Support candidate joining and documentation process basis client needs
-Actively engage on social media platforms to create visibility for PeopleStrat and open positions
-Help ensure employer branding for PeopleStrat
-Create branding material to help create visibility on hiring platforms
-Maintain candidate and client database
-Help support manage internal company communication and HR support activities like KPI tracking, performance management, learning etc.
- Fresh Graduate from top tier universities
- Graduate in HR/ Psychology, Marketing or Communication Science
- Proficiency in English communication
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable connecting with people
- At least have 3-6 months working experience in human resources or recruitment field
