Job description for Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker - Fintech Company) at PT Idana Solusi Sejahtera
- Will receive complete comprehensive management skills training on the job
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and various other important classes
- Assist department managers in their daily work
- Familiar with and connect the business operation process of each department of the company;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both oral & written
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in any field, fresh graduates and study abroad (China, Taiwan) are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, and responsible for the results
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to learn, and continue to grow at work;
- Minimum 0 – 1 year working experience.
- Advanced presentation skill and good in operating presentation software.
- Approachable and fit to work as a team.
- Ability in organizing meeting for decisions making and problems solving.
