Your main responsibilities include:
SALES CONSULTANCY AND TRAINING DELIVERY
Promote our products offering through all communication channels including professional social media platforms;

Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services;
Contact prospective customers to present the benefits of the services of the company convert them into customers;
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential;
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
Propose sales activities that will lead to the growth of the customer base;
Keeping a dialogue on LinkedIn Groups and other professional web based communities on performance management related topics promoting The KPI Institute offering;
Designing and delivering courses in open systems, as well as in-house for clients;
Materials customization based on clients’ needs and requests;
Workshop facilitation;
Design and implementation of performance management systems;
Networking and business development;
Proposal writing.
We expect you to:
Hold a university degree preferably in business, consultancy, or other similar disciplines;
Previous experience with consultancy projects preferred;
Have experience and knowledge related to strategic planning and performance management
Possess superior skills in presenting and communicating, researching, planning and organisation, writing and reporting;
Set priorities wisely, multitask, and dynamically solve complex problems;
Be able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of a project team;
Be energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking and persistent;
Have a creative and strategic thinker who thrives for continuous challenges and personal growth;
Have experience in using social networking platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn;
Interested in online communities and has excellent communication skills, both in speaking and writing;
Excel in written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia (proficiency in other languages such as Hindi, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
