- Menangani dan menganalisa temuan/ komplain operational terkait kitchen equipment dan general equipment di Outlet
- Mampu melakukan maintenance & controlling asset yang menjadi area tugas dan tanggung jawabnya
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan min. SMK , Jurusan Teknik
- Pengalaman Min 2 tahun, khususnya di industri Food & Beverage
- Memahami Kitchen Equipment (Kompor, Microwave, Mesin Kopi, Chiller, Coldroom, dll)
- Mengerti dengan sistem plumbing
- Memiliki keahlian las (lebih diutamakan)
- Memahami sistem kerja mesin pendingin, Kelistrikan dan membaca gambar
- Bersedia bekerja shift, dihari libur/ akhir pekan (fleksibel dengan overtime)
