Duration: 10-month
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Do payment for import – export cost
- Manage and support end-user/ requester about delivery goods of domestic POs and import shipments
- Support department to receive or send packages domesticall
- Support to prepare documents for custom clearance
- Booking, packaging and preparing documents for export shipment
- Do Goods receipt on SAP for domestic and oversea POs
- Record, update Import – Export databases and store all documents
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduated/ main major: Logistics/ Import – Export.
- Does experience, will be trained, preference will be given to candidates with experience in the same position
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Technical Skills & Job Scope: need practical experience handling import/export documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, and Certificates of Origin (C/O)
- System: SAP or candidates with experience in other ERP systems will be considered and trained
- Transportation modes are primarily involved: Air Freight
- Hard working, Enthusiastic, Proactive and Creative at work.
- Foreign languages: good English communicate.
