Logistics and Warehouse Executive – Office-based working (Not warehouse)
We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Executive to maintain and coordinate process between logistics and warehouses for Global Bosch Units. As Logistics and Warehouse Executive, you will be required to drive the delivery of materials from and to our locations, support successful replenishment and ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials in a manner that is consistent with velocity, quality and cost objectives, maintain master data, and compile reports for Management level.
To ensure success as a Logistics Operations Management Executive, you should have knowledge in supply chain management process, advanced technical skills and an eye keen on details. What we expect from you when joining us is to ensure the smooth running of the company’s processes to improve sales turnover and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Allocate inventory and release shipment instructions to our warehouse operational team in Japan.
- Coordinate shipment bookings and export documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Execute outbound logistics transactions and generate shipping documents in SAP.
- Coordinate shipment schedules, forecasts, and delivery updates with global stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, including priority and urgent shipments.
- Support logistics operations by checking SAP transaction errors, preparing reports, and supporting process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with studies related Foreign Trade, International Business Management, or Supply Chain Management or Japanese language school with Supply chain experiences
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
- Fluent in English and Japanese is a must.
- Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
- Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
