Job description for Logistic Staff at Egogo Hub Indonesia
- Customer order processing prepare sales invoice and delivery orders.
- Liaise with suppliers & HQ for purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders and follow up.
- Handle loading, unloading, packaging, import and local shipment/transportation arrangements.
- Physically checking (stock opname).
- Arranges delivery services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
- Monthly stock-take ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inventory management/ERP system update and prepare reports for management review.
- Education min Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Business Management.
- Max age 25 years old.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill (Required language: English).
- Good Microsoft office knowledge, proficiency in ERP system advantageous.
- Good team player, honest and responsible.
- Good attitude, well organized, honest, hard-working and able to work independently.
- Can work independently or in a team and able to work under pressure.
- Skilful, highly initiative person, dynamic and good interpersonal skill.
- Experience 2 years in logistic is a plus
