• Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, available, and applicable to the customer order/shipment.

• Prepare and review invoices, BL, AWB, HBL, MBL for accuracy.

• Coordinate and monitor shipments. Update ETA/ETD.

• Ensure communication ways are used effectively.

• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.

• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

• Communicate with customer to arrange logistics.

• Products & Price offering by communication through different channels.

• Respond to customers: resolving complaints; providing customer support.

• Complete the ad-hoc tasks as required by Line Manager.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using Excel (including Pivot Table; spreadsheets) for data analysis, reporting, and planning.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred.
