Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (S1 Hukum) or a related field, open for fresh graduates;
- Prior internship experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department is highly preferred;
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Indonesian;
- Strong ability to draft legal clauses and contracts;
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and
- Ability to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months. (starting in August 2026)
Job Description:
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to safeguard the company’s legal rights;
- Review partnership agreements and other related contracts with principals, distributors, or clients;
- Act as an internal consultant to advise stakeholders on contracts and legal matters, highlighting potential risks and formulating compliance solutions;
- Support the implementation of dispute resolution processes between the company and external parties through both litigation and non-litigation channels;
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and implement internal company procedures, policies, and programs;
- Track, organize, and manage the validity and renewal of company permits and corporate licenses; and
- Build and maintain an efficient, organized legal document management system.
