Job description for Legal Staff at KBB Automotive
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal counsel and advice on corporate matters.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and government authorities.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support company decisions.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling litigation matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Legal Staff or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and employment law.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
