Job description for Legal Senior Staff at Magran Group

KUALIFIKASI:

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum dari universitas ternama

- Usia minimal 25 tahun

- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 3–5 tahun di bidang legal

- WAJIB memiliki sertifikat PKPA PERADI

- Telah mengikuti proses advokat menjadi nilai tambah

- Menguasai drafting, review, dan negosiasi kontrak/perjanjian

- Memahami perizinan perusahaan dan aspek legal compliance secara menyeluruh

- Berpengalaman dalam menangani kasus/permasalahan hukum perusahaan (litigasi maupun non-litigasi)

- Memiliki pengalaman di industri manufaktur atau retail menjadi nilai tambah

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis hukum yang kuat, detail, dan sistematis

- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

- Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal (notaris, regulator, konsultan hukum, dll)
