JOB DESCRIPTION
• Draft and review various types of contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and validity, including commercial contracts, employment contracts, transfer agreements, and other related agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice and support to relevant departments on legal matters.
• Draft and amend powers of attorney, internal regulations, procedures, and standard contract templates.
• Coordinate with and support relevant departments in preparing official correspondence to customers and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Review and analyze documents relating to disputes and provide legal advice and recommendations for dispute resolution, where applicable.
• Research and analyze laws and regulations relevant to the Company's business operations at the request of the Board of Directors and Management; provide legal training to other departments on matters relevant to the Company's business activities.
• Prepare legal documents and dossiers and handle administrative procedures related to the Company's business operations, including enterprise registration procedures and other relevant procedures, where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
Experience:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the legal field.
• Candidates with experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies are preferred.
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
• Enterprise Law.
• Commercial Law.
• Labor Code.
• Civil Code.
Other Requirements:
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand English contracts. Knowledge of Legal English is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dynamic, detail-oriented, honest, enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking, and highly responsible, with strong work-handling skills.
• Strong listening, information-gathering, and presentation skills.
WORKING HOURS
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday – if required)
