Job description for Legal Corporate at Pt. Global Mobility Service Indonesia
URGENTLY NEEDED, AND FAST HIRING!
Scope of work :
1. Draft and review legal documents e.g. Contract, Statement Letter, Power of Attorney, etc.
2. Maintain Corporate Legal Documents
3. Managing Corporate Business Licenses
4. Handling corporate secretarial works: General Shareholders Meeting
5. Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
6. Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws
7. Research on law issues through laws and legal articles
8. Liaise with Notary and Lawyer
9. Assist litigation matters
10. Provide legal support and advice to upper management and/or other department on relevant legal issues
Requirements :
1. Female age maximum 30
2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Law from reputable University with > 3.00 GPA
3. Have Excellent Business Law knowledge and competencies in Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Legal Research, Legal Compliance and know handling Litigation matters
4. Minimum 1-2 years working experience
5. Have a good communication and negotiation
6. Able to speak English both oral and written is a must
7. Available and can Join ASAP!
Poin plus if you :
1. Experience in IT Company or start-up company
2. PKPA or PERADI certified
