Job description for Legal Associate at PT Prima Vista Solusi
- Continuously monitor the national regulatory environment and identify regulatory developments that may impact the Company. The role requires the ability to proactively understand and anticipate regulatory changes ahead of wider internal awareness.
- Disseminate regulatory updates internally and provide clear guidance to relevant teams to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, as well as applications for legal, business, and operational licenses. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure timely submission of complete and accurate supporting documentation.
- Maintain and manage corporate legal documents and licenses, including Articles of Association, General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS), and BKPM licenses, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Review contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to assess legal and operational implications for the Company. The role requires strong attention to detail to ensure all contracts are clear, precise, accurate, and professionally structured.
- Work collaboratively across teams by providing legal documentation and legal guidance to support various business functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal field, with at least 1 year of experience in compliance within the fintech or banking industry, demonstrating strong understanding of law and regulatory compliance.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent skill in Microsoft Office, especially Ms.Word.
- Good command of English.
