Job Description:
1.Admin Office Tasks
- Answer the inbound-calls
- Manage and keep the documents in both soft and hard files.
- Prepare the documentation/ dossiers to support to deploy the task.
Process all invoices and ensure proper and timely payment
- Other admin tasks.
2.Legal Assistant Tasks:
Draft proposals, and contracts and send debit notes to clients.
Record and monitor internal contracts of the company.
Monitor, and submit documents and reports about the operation of the company in accordance with the law.
