Job description for Learning Content Designer at Koco Indonesia

We are searching for a detail-oriented Learning Content Designer to join our company. The Learning Content Designer’s key responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging curriculums and quality learning content.

Responsibilities:
Managing learning video content for all levels and grades (from SD  to SMA), include becoming a talent for video learning content.
Ability to create outstanding and interesting learning content for student through KOCO Schools social media channels: TikTok & Instagram.
Conducting research to develop quality curricula and learning resources.
Meeting timelines to achieve corporate goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum.
Collaborating with other Curriculum Designers and cross-division such in order to create outstanding teaching and learning resources content.
Monitoring performance of content freelancers.

Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Education Major (SD, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Sociology, Economy)
Having a minimum 1 year experience of teaching for the current subject.
Strong digital, research and video editing skills.
Excellent collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate in English.
Great networking and interpersonal abilities.
Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence.
Strong passion in education.
Some experience in creating social media video contents.
Critical thinking and understanding the end goal of a learning module that get learners to the end goal as quickly and effectively as possible.
