- Merencanakan & melakukan proses recruting, developing, dan managing talent perusahaan
- Mengidentifikasi & melakukan verifikasi terkait performance management (KPI & Jobdesk)
- Membantu proses coaching, counseling, dan training karyawan
- Menyusun & mengelola program internal perusahaan untuk pengembangan diri karyawan
- Mengatur sistem payroll karyawan
- Membantu perusahaan dalam mengembangkan divisi HRD
