WE ARE HIRING LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT WITH FULL OF MOTIVATION TO JOIN WITH OUR ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT IN AUSTRALIA
Job Description:
- Conduct preliminary studies of the site (including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads, heritage).
- Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage.
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software.
- Select appropriate landscaping materials.
- Carry out environmental impact assessments.
- Liaising with other professionals such as architects, surveyors, town planners and civil engineers.
- Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimations.
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
- Work under the supervision of User.
Qualification:
- Expert design skills and ability to create innovative solutions to complex design problems
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture/ Architecture
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Skill(s): Proficient in all design software including AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign
- Language(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Full-time basis (Based in Bali)
- Able to work in a team
