Job description for Land Transport Supervisor at PT. Radiantlink Logistics Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily land transportation activities, including dispatching, routing, and scheduling.
2. Ensure on-time delivery and pick-up performance while minimizing delays and operational disruptions.
3. Oversee fleet usage, vehicle allocation, and maintenance scheduling to maximize efficiency.
4. Lead, supervise, and evaluate drivers and operational staff.
5. Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth transport operations.
6. Resolve delivery issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges promptly.
7. Provide daily reports on transport activities, KPIs, and operational performance.
8. Manage transportation costs, fuel consumption, and route optimization.
9. Ensure proper utilization of company vehicles and resources.
10. Identify improvement opportunities to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in land transportation or fleet operations.
3. Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of land transport operations, route planning, and fleet management.
5. Good understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
6. Problem-solving ability with quick decision-making skills.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
9. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
10. Experience with TMS (Transportation Management System) or fleet tracking systems is a plus.
11. Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
12. Able to speak English is a must
