Qualifications:

Proficiency in English (minimum Cambridge B2 level)
Open to fresh graduates
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
Nice to have; Experience in the Banking Sector, supporting FinTech, e-commerce, or digital platform KYC processes, Understanding of AML/CFT compliance and sanctions screening concepts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform accurate verification and data entry for the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Ensure all entered data complies with applicable guidelines and standards.
Handle identity documents and customer information meticulously.
Ensure daily targets and quality standards are met.
