Job description for KOL Specialist at DREAM GARDEN
Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute influencer marketing projects in the Vietnam market, primarily with TikTok creators and secondarily with Instagram influencers: source, vet, and connect with local creators; negotiate placement fees, commissions, or product-exchange collaborations; and build a well-organized, tiered creator database.
2. Develop localized creator briefs; pre-review short-video and IG post content to ensure compliance and brand messaging; and coordinate creator schedules, sample shipping, and content publishing.
3. Track campaign performance across views, engagement, traffic, and GMV; conduct post-campaign reviews; identify high-ROI creators; and build up a library of reusable ad creatives.
4. Maintain creator relationships and encourage top performers to collaborate repeatedly; coordinate with the store, supply chain, and performance-marketing teams on coupon setup, sample management, and collection of content usage rights.
5. Keep up with Vietnam TikTok/IG influencer trends, update the creator roster, and deliver weekly reports and campaign wrap-ups; watch for risks such as influencer PR crises and fake traffic.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in KOL partnership development.
2. Proficiency in Chinese or English as a working language; existing Vietnamese influencer resources are preferred.
3. Familiarity with the Vietnam market and consumer habits — understanding of content mechanics and viral video logic on platforms such as TikTok, with strong content sense and sharp instincts for spotting trending topics.
4. Basic data analysis and review skills — able to use data tools to analyze performance and write reports.
5. Knowledge of global beauty and personal care brands, with solid business negotiation skills.
6. Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to communicate and provide feedback across departments in a timely manner.
