KOL SPECIALIST
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Find, analyze, and manage KOL/influencers aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Develop campaign briefs, content directions, and campaign requirements based on company needs.
- Coordinate and maintain communication with KOL during campaign execution.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve targeted results.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate KOL campaign performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends and digital industry insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in KOL, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related positions is a plus.
- Understanding of social media trends, content marketing, and influencer ecosystem.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Based in Bandung is preferred.
